Are you a young or emerging leader, passionate about changing the world, with ideas and insights to share with other leaders as well as a desire to learn from experienced leaders?
Are you an author, manager, or other experienced leader interested in sharing your leadership wisdom and methods with—and learning from—young and emerging leaders?
Do you want to be part of a movement for learning and sharing leadership approaches that foster dialogue, participation, community engagement, organizational transformation, collaborative culture, and whole systems change?
The Experiential Exchange Program
This is a depth-full innovation on standard mentorship programs. We connect an emerging young leader and an experienced leader together in mutual mentorship, or as we call it – A Two-Way Learning Partnership.
Because these pairs are brought together around leadership learning, topics span the professional and the personal, as participants learn about issues facing each other’s demographics, gain insight into their own roles as leaders, and offer support on specific leadership goals and challenges. Partnerships may span from 1 day of shadowing to 6 months of monthly mentoring. Partners are also encouraged to create a leadership-focused project together.
- The Experiential Exchange Cohort is an up-to six- (6-) month mutual-mentorship program where you and your partner get to decide how often to meet and what leadership issue or project to focus on.
- We recently wrapped up our 2016 Cohort program earlier this summer. Be sure to check back here periodically for more information on our upcoming 2017 Cohort!
Participants of all ages learn to align their leadership with their values, together.
