Planned Expansion of BK Leadership Exchanges in 2015 and Subsequent Years.
The success of the first Leadership Exchange in bringing together a highly diverse group of 30 young leaders with 30 BK authors and other experienced leaders—with all learning from and connecting with each other in marvelous ways—has provided a model for organizing many more such events, beginning on January 10, 2015.

Earned 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Status.
The Berrett-Koehler Foundation received official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS as a public charity in July 2014, which makes donations, transfers, and gifts to the Foundation tax deductible. It is a good sign that the Foundation received this status more rapidly and cleanly than is the norm for most organizations that apply.
